We’re committed to making all our customers as happy as we are. At Kreit, We always aim to deliver your order promptly but cannot accept liability for delay.

Our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most efficient way possible. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at Checkout. All shipments are sent via Australia Post or Star Track at this time we do not accept deliveries to PO Boxes and do not ship internationally (Australia shipments only).

We also use the service of Sendle and Courier Please.

All home delivery orders require a signature upon delivery.  Australia post uses their own delivery schedule. Same Day Delivery is only applicable to Adelaide City . To receive same business day service within the Courier Post network, you must lodge your order  before 11 am.
Should we need to ‘redeliver’ a gift due to incorrect details given, you will be charged an additional delivery fee prior to your gift being redelivered unless other arrangements have been made.

Delivery is same business day only within metro areas of the same state within the Courier Post network and when it is lodged before 2pm at a Post Office.

Delivery is guaranteed to occur the next business day only within the Express Post network  with tracking

Available to major metro and regional population centres

Parcel Post 2+ days.

Our standard parcel service delivers in 2 or more business days

Australia-wide  with tracking

Deliveries must be signed for by a person of 18 years or older. It is the responsibility of the customer to report goods damaged in transit.

We shall not be liable to pay any compensation to you, other than any refund.

No compensation can be offered for loss of wages due to failed or late deliveries.

Customers accept responsibility for the safe storage and use of the products upon receipt. Kreit are not liable for damage caused by customer mishandling.

After your order has shipped we will send an automated email with your tracking number and shipping confirmation. Using this link you can track your parcel through Australia Post’s tracking service.

We guarantee your Kreit will arrive on time and in great condition. If there are ever any problems with the Kreit or its contents we’ll make it right.

Please note that gifts containing alcohol can only be sold and delivered to persons over 18 years of age. Kreit supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

Unattended Delivery

You may provide specific delivery instructions, including authorisation for the gifts to be left at your address, during the checkout process. Where we can leave your purchase in a secure location. Risk and title in the goods passes to the recipient upon delivery of the goods to your nominated Delivery Address.
