Kreit do not offer a free returns policy and therefore any costs incurred to return the items will not be covered with the exception of any damaged products that kreit accept liability for.

In the event that an item arrives damaged during transit, you must inform Kreit within 30 days of receipt of the order to obtain a refund. call or email us .
